Identify oil and gas opportunities, assist customers’ requirement, prepare commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation until the Contract signature and execution.
1. Negotiate contracts terms pricing and schedule, ensures the commercially advantageous of purchase orders with suppliers and clients
2. Follow-up contractual requirements such as Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Advantage Payment Guarantees and other required documentation
3. Dealing with Forwarders & clearing Agents for timely execution of clearance of All Imported & Exported material within optimized cost
4. Accurate & Timely documentation of all Export & Import documents (commercial invoice, packing list, FCR, B/L, certificate of origin, Third Party Inspection certificate, Insurance policy) as per UCP 600 ( IS A MUST)
5. Following up the LC payment status with Advising, Negotiating, Confirming Bank
6. Maintain an accurate commercial record of STC’s tendered position
7. Other duties as assigned
