he Master Cutter/Tailor for household linen manufacturing will be responsible for the daily sewing operations at the factory which produces medium to luxury products.
You will partner with the sales and design teams to create the final product as per the latest fashion trend and customer requirements. You will be supported by a team of 15 junior tailors who you will be responsible for supervising.
Your salary and incentive scheme will largely depend on your level of knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills.
