Responsibilities:-
• Work in conjunction with the sales and maintenance team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our activities.
• Identify all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales and maintenance processes.
• Achieve pre-determined sales and maintenance objectives and targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Communicate and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers.
• Receive escalations; initiate necessary actions, follow-up the status of each case and finally close them with relevant decisions.
• Ensure a positive relationship is maintained with customers.
• Manage and improve sales and maintenance services.
• Ensure excellent service is delivered to customers by reviewing customer service surveys, customer feedback and adopt changes to implement improvements.
• Develop maintenance contracts for individuals and organizations.
• Follow up on inquiries, submission of quotations, negotiations, follow ups and finalization.
• Lead the performance of technical center team for Walk-in and In-home repairs.
• Ensure the implementation of services processes.
• Monitor the services KPIs, analyze the gaps and take actions to bridge them.
• Ensure that the technicians are handling the repairs of defective items in compliance with the repair targeted time.
• Assign service technicians for varies jobs on the basis of job priority.
• Maintain spare parts supply.
• Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Control the services expenses according to the set Budget.
• Develop related process and procedure, keeping them up-to-date in accordance to all Services management.
• Manage sales pricing and discount policy in line with the agreed pricing structure and delegation matrix.
• Market penetration of new products/services opportunities.
