About the Business:
Al-Futtaim's Retail Division holds a stable of world class brands operating in buoyant markets with huge growth prospects. Some of our brands are Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, Ace, IKEA, Guess, Esprit, Plug-Ins as well as Robinsons with a range of smaller brands selected for their appeal to the markets in which we operate. We currently operate our Retail outlets across the GCC, Levant, Egypt and in South East Asia.
Alfa Egypt Trading Co is the Al-Futtaim Retail Divisions Egypt Operating Company. We have enjoyed phenomenal success throughout Egypt. We are in the final stages of outline planning for massive growth and need to prepare for the next phase of this program in Egypt.
About the job::
We are looking to recruit an experienced person based in Egypt for Alfa Egypt Trading Co., Reporting to the Office Assistant
1. Support the PR supervisor at Establishment the New store legalisations -
* Upon request from PR supervisor, understand and support the need to open new store.
2. Existing stores: support the documentations required for the renewal of licenses and Sales permission to the existing stores
* Keep store with latest requirement of license
* Execute the sales permission upon the requirement of each brand
3. Managing the delivery of documentations & contracts to third parties.
* Responsible/Assist for preparing the route of required destination to submit. Receive documentation and exchange the requirements in a cost and time effective manner
4. Backup of HR Admin during her leave
* Understand the key functions with HR admin in specific of ticket & hotel reservation.
* Understand the type of leave record and issued raised to HR connect
5. Follow up Non-merchandise procurement of goods & service - Follow up the documentations and submission of goods/service to stores or RO
* Responsible of execute the printing deals for all stores
6. Ensure all Telephones / mobiles/blackberry lines and devices are appropriately provided and maintained with communication companies
7. Liaison with Banks and Accounts Receivable Department functions -
* Liaison with Banks for getting finance requirements.
* Liaison between HR & stores for the requirements letter related to employees from bank.
