Mens Footwear Buyer - Quest Search and Selection

An established Turkish Retailer Company is looking for a Buyer for its Mens Shoes Department. As the Senior Buyer, you will be expected to work with designers and planners to develop a product range that can cater to the brands target market. This position has a very crucial responsibility of ensuring that the commercial range has the perfect balance of fashion and basic styles. The Senior Buyer will also need to construct a sourcing budget together with the Sourcing and Planning team and decide upon a strategy to effectively carry out the purchasing, delivery and collection process. The candidate for this position will also be expected to contribute to the development and training of junior team members.An extensive experience as a Buyer in Mens Footwear and the knowledge in trend and colour forecasting, range building and sourcing principle are required for this position. Tertiary level education is a must. A degree in Fashion and design is not required but would be an advantage. You also must be willing to be based overseas and have a good command of the English language to qualify for this position.This is an important role which offers a very rewarding package to the rightful candidate who will thrive on these challenges.
