Nalco have an opening for a Credit control manager to be based in Saudi. The role is responsible for applying credit control procedures and policies while working on decreasing the DSO.
Duties and responsibilities include the following: Oversee the operations of cash/credit collecion activities of the company - Assign, monitor the activities of collectors. In conjuction with Sales, initiate new customer set up in Scala with the Budapest Team. Monthly allocate, post customer receipts in Scala. Request on periodic basis credit or debit notes issuance in conjunction with FM. Monthly confirm inter-company AR Balance with TP. Work closely with Regional Credit Control to resolve collection, other issues that affect cash collection. Work closely with Local Sales, Customer Service to resolve collection issues. Periodically prepare collection commentary reports on DSO positions to the respective DMs. Liaise with our bankerss concerning issues related to issuance of customer L/Cs. Assist in the preparation of Management Reports on DSO. Provide financial and Admistrative support to External Financial Auditors during interim & final audits.
