My client, one of the leading banks based inRiyadh-Saudi Arabiais looking to hire a Point of Sale Manager within Transaction Services Sales Department. This is a great opportunity to join a top-tier bank in a buoyant and growing economy.
Our client in particular is looking for candidates with the following criteria:
- Bachelor degree in Business- At least 10 years experience in related field with managerial experience
Job Responsibilities:
1- Assist the TSS Head in developing and implementing departmental objectives and strategies.
2- Responsible for POS's Unit P&L.
3- Develop high-level strategy and annual financial plan covering departmental objectives for the unit.
4- Manage the relationship with merchants, including registration, information and account maintenance and performance evaluation.
5- Promote inter-departmental communications to encourage effective cross-selling and to support business alignment with support services and liaise with other business heads on all relevant management issues.
6- Develop, negotiate, monitor, implement, and maintain all applicable Service Level Agreements related to Vendors / Service Providers and other internal entities.
7- Responsible for keeping the Bank at the forefront of POS technology, products, and services development.
8- Closely work with all the stakeholders to promote POS value proposition.
9- Develop and expand the Bank's POS Unit in line with the Bank's overall strategic objectives.
10- Actively engage in the relationship management of POS clients through the maintenance of strong linkages to customers and ensure that POS is a major contributor to Division's profitability.
11- Grow existing business and focus on new business generation for sustaining revenue stream by setting the overall sales strategy.
12- Maintain adequate checks and controls within unit in line with internal policies and procedures and ensure that Bank's solutions comply with external practices.
13- Ensure compliance of all staff with policies and procedures of the Unit and the Bank.
14- Develop market and promotional strategy, oversee and approve all promotional materials and communications to the public and other Bank's Departments.
15- The jobholder is obliged to abide by any instructions given by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.
As a senior member of the team he will also take the responsibility for:
16- Training and educating the business unit staff on matters related to the POS technology, compliance, regulations, policies and risk.
17- Promoting good business ethics within the Business Unit
