About Your Job:
Responsible to prepare, cook, chill, portion using specifications working under supervision. Follows HACCP hygiene and quality standards and ensure proper documentation is done for all the meals prepared. Takes orders and instruction from the supervisor and executes the production plan ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen.
About You:
High school passed with certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverages. Minimum 2 years of job-related experience required.
Previous work experience in Hotel/Restaurants as a Second Commis Chef is essential.
