About the Job:

Based in Dubai, the Stock Control Assistant will be primarily responsible for the following duties:
* Receiving units from warehouses and other branches along with delivery orders and customs certificate
* Releasing units sold to the customer along with relevant documents to Sales Staff
* Prepare stock list for the vehicles available in the parking area and minimize the risk of potentially damaged/stolen vehicles by running patrol of parking area from time to time
* Prepare new vehicle repair requests to send to Head Office for approval
* Arranging drivers schedule for daily work and arranging to send customer vehicles to the workshop for services
* Preparing a monthly stock confirmation which is then sent to the Marketing Department
* Preparing a daily stock register which is attested by the security guard on a daily basis
* Notify management of any damage to units received and arrange for repair
* Obtain approvals from for repair the same through the relevant divisions
