PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The position holder will be a strategic player in MENA MU supporting the Senior team member based in Dubai.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* To drive the regional business plan for the Maintenance Services for Saudi Arabia.
* Join responsability for the entire support revenue stream of the MU MENA in excess of 90MEur (that represents more than 40% of Revenue in MU MENA) and specific focus for Saudi Arabia, and the full portfolio of maintenance services.
* Sales Support on Maintenance Support offerings, especially on Enterprise Support up-sell offerings for Saudi Customers.
* Drive Net New customers on enterprise support (ES NNN), including enablement of partners in positioning of Enterprise Support for the In-direct segment, where required.
* Support deal execution for Saudi Arabia as needed, including partner enablement for the indirect business.
* MAR case support (Maintenance at Risk) and third-party vendor protection and competitive positioning.
* Interact and enable Sales (AEs, CSEs, SAMs, Inside Sales) and customers to position the value of SAP's Maintenance Solutions as supported by value propositions.
* Identify and implement key initiatives within Saudi Arabia to maximize maintenance revenue and minimize maintenance base erosion.
* Create effective strategies within Saudi Arabia for MAR Lost win back ( via Partners where applicable).
* To ensure compliance with all related global policies and processes, especially but not limited to M@R policy and termination policy for non-payment.
* Candidate must be autonomous and flexible while leading and motivating others in MU, whilst interacting with your team and direct management.
* Candidate must be comfortable presenting face to face/webinars to End Customers and/or Partners including key stake holders.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years of experience, preferably in a customer facing role (sales, FS).
* Experience in a quota-carrying role.
