The Role:
Loss prevention or asset protection is a form of private investigation into larceny or theft. The focus of such investigations generally includes shoplifting, package pilferage, credit fraud and check fraud. "Loss Prevention" is used to describe a number of methods used to reduce the amount of all losses and shrinkage often related to retail trade.
This role should have a massive focus in property protection, security supervision, audits and reporting. The LP Advisor will also be involved in camera surveillance and has the ability to detect the sources of loss/shrink and be aware of different equipments or tactics used by thieves or shoplifters in the stores.
The Role:
* Deliver core training programmes within their assigned remit.
* Assist in design of programmes & materials.
* Monitor & evaluate training outcomes.
