About the Job:
As a Learning & Development Executive you will be working alongside the HR Business Partner and the IKEA Training Manager on the implementation of training packages.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Assist in the implementation of the strategy for staff training and development* Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development* Ensuring that all line managers are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements* Support the induction program for all new co-workers into the Store * Monitoring efficiency of the training programs * Sharing the feedback with the IKEA College from running OTJ programs in the local IKEA store* Organising the training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation, if required* Arranging for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training
