Manages and leads the full implementation of all Chevron standard OE processes in both Mina Saud and Joint Operations. Ensures processes and tools are continuously reviewed and revised to address changing and emerging needs. Effectively communicates OE direction to ensure attainment of established targets, goals and objectives; works with the Champion Network to keep current the Company’s tactical plans; and ensures to deliver a business climate focused towards maintaining world class operational excellence.
