Responsibilities;
- Ensure a high level of compliance to policies and procedures laid down for Retail Banking Branches.
- Monitor the day to day activities of the branches and determine their effectiveness
- Develop, monitor implementation and evaluate achievement of business plans
- Identify problem areas and determine corrective action
- Responsible for quality control and improving processes keeping operational costs low and efficiency high
- Oversee development activities and introduction of new services
- Ensure all the branches are consistent with compliance to policies and procedures
- Discuss with relevant management necessary quality reports
- Monitor overall branch performance set against objectives
- Make sure all internal controls are put in place
- Communicate regularly with Head of Retail banking
- Meet targets set in place
- Financial performance of branches
- Supervise direct staff reporting to them.
Basic Requirements;
- Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance and related field
- Min 8 - 10 years of related experience
- 3 - 5 years should be in a similar position
- Computer literacy
- Islamic Banking products and services knowledge
- Interviewing techniques
